PBC0041: faith in worker-soldiers

PBC 41 expresses faith in the agency and willingness of worker-soldier to fight for the revolution. Big cities such as St Petersburg and Moscow are the most common places of the united front of workers and soldiers. The political leaning of this PBC is Bolshevik and always about scripting the conversion of opponents to the Bolshevik cause. In one example a peasant-soldier in his village who is converting to the Bolsheviks follows the action in St Petersburg through the Bolshevik press (W106). Another example exhorts soldiers “duped” by their superiors to join the heroic worker-soldiers in Moscow and St. Petersburg (W100): “Come all join our brotherly ranks!”
