PBC0303: skepticism of Lenin

PBC 303 expresses skepticism of some pro-revolution writers about Lenin’s leadership, claiming that the “reformers at Smol’nyi don’t care about Russia” (W587) and specifically saying that “Lenin is bringing socialism to Russia using Nechaev’s method of ‘full steam ahead through the swamp’” (W225). Another instance concedes that “we are far from living in a socialist paradise” (W140).
