PBC0236: sadness at oppression

PBC 236 expresses sadness that, as in the past, Siberia continues to be a no-place, a long road leading to prison for crowds of prisoners in chains. At least one work with an instance of PBC 236, however, ends with hope for “spring,” a new beginning (W511).
