PBC0185: hope for freedom

PBC 185 conveys a feeling relatively uncommon among Bolsheviks of hope for a free country. One example invites everyone to the “red feast” where “we will fill our souls in our free fatherland (otchizna)” (W76). Another example talks more about “ripping the chains off our native land/ and trampling crowns with our feet” (W427).
