PBC 260 conveys a hope for solidarity and trust between workers and peasants. The village has become the “sister of rebelling cities” (W445). Both workers and peasants together form the communal and very powerful “We,” who “in our world” now replace the “One creator” and have the power to “create law and bread” (W84).
