PBC0197: belligerent humor

PBC 197 conveys Bolshevik satirical humor as a form of political agency that can move Russia to change. Mainly Maiakovskii, so far, thinks of the poet as a loud, humorous voice, out on the street: “we’ll rock everyone all around Russia through laughter and rumpus” (W316).
